Full Members
- Online
- You need to set up a user account. For that you'll need to have the facility access number found on your membership cards. Click Here for EZ to Enroll Online Registration.
- Phone Registration
- Dial 610/647-9622 to speak to a Welcome Center Associate for assistance with program registration.
- In Person
- Full Members may register at 6am on the first day of registration as published online and in the program guide.

In order to take advantage of the Full Member rate for programs, you must remain a full member through the length of the session.
Program Members
- Registration for Program Members is in person only in the YMCA Welcome Center.
- Program Member registration begins one week AFTER Full Member registration.
- Online
- You will need to set up a user account each program session. To set up an online account or renew a previous account, log onto EZ to enroll and click on "Create a new account."
Program Members only have access to the facility during the day and time of the program registered for. Any desire to use the facility beyond programming will require a Full Membership

- Dial 610/647-9622 to speak to a Welcome Center Associate for assistance with program registration. All Program Members will need to sign a Participation Agreement as well as receive their access card on the first day of programming.
- In Person
- Program Members may register at 6am on the first day of program member registration as published online and in the program guide.

Program Policy
Switching Classes
- A member may switch programs within the same session with no penalty.
- All differences in the cost of the programs (if applicable) will be collected at the time of the switch.
Cancellations (weather related or acts of nature)
- If the facilities are open, all programs/camps run as scheduled
Exception – Preschool, which is dependent on school district schedule changes.
- No refunds or credits will be given for programs/camp canceled due to such things including but not limited to inclement weather, acts of nature, or unforeseen circumstances (i.e.: power outages).
Pro-rating
- Programs that have already begun will be pro-rated for the classes that have been missed.
- Programs will not be pro-rated in advance for weeks the member will be unable to attend.
- Some programs may close registration during the session, please contact the Welcome Center to see if you are able to register after the program begins.
Credits
- Will be given for any class that the Y cancels due to low or no enrollment, or due to event scheduling.
- All cancellation requests will result in a $15 cancellation fee and the credit will be for all remaining classes from the date of the cancellation request.
Refunds
- Will only be given in full after the start of a session for medical reasons with a doctor's note.
- Full refunds will be given at the member's request if the YMCA cancels a program/camp session due to low or no enrollment, or due to event scheduling; otherwise, program credits will be left on a member's Y account.
Make-ups
- No program make-up sessions will be given for classes missed by members.
