Adult Fitness and Wellness

The Y offers classes for all ages, all levels and all interests. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, and yoga, you'll find a group class that's fun, supportive and keeps you moving.

Our state-of-the-art Adult Wellness Centers, cutting edge classes and programs for all ages and abilities is everything you need to get fit and stay fit.

 
Our Facilities
A 24,000 sq. ft. wellness center outfitted with Precor® cardio and Hammer Strength® training equipment and more than 30 weekly fitness classes, including six before work, seven at lunch and nine after work.

Member Orientations

We'll show you how to get the most out of your workouts. Schedule your orientation with a Wellness Associate. Call 610/644-6575 to get started.

Group Exercise classes are included with your YMCA membership. Choose from nearly 100 different classes each week. From BodyPump and Spinning to Yoga and Zumba, we have classes to meet everyone's fitness needs.
