In order to take advantage of the Full Member rate for programs, you must remain a full member through the length of the session.
Program Members
Program Member registration begins one week AFTER Full Member registration.
- Online
- You will need to set up a user account each program session. To set up an online account or renew a previous account, log onto EZ to enroll and click on "Create a new account."
Program Members only have access to the facility during the day and time of the program registered for. Any desire to use the facility beyond programming will require a Full Membership

- Dial 610 363 9622 to speak to a Welcome Center Associate for assistance with program registration. All Program Members will need to sign a Participation Agreement as well as receive their access card on the first day of programming.

- Program Members may register at 6am on the first day of program member registration as in the program guide.

Program Policy
Switching Programs/Camps
- A member may switch programs up to a week before the session begins with no penalty by contacting the program's director via email.
- A member may make program changes until the end of the first week of the session by contacting the program’s director via email. Program credits will be given, minus a $15 processing fee.
- No changes, refunds and/or credits will be accepted after the completion of the first week of the session.
- Due to long waiting lists, camp changes must be made in writing 30 days prior to the start of a camp session, or a $50 processing fee will be charged.
Program Scheduling Changes
- If the facilities are open, all programs/camps run as scheduled
Exception – Preschool, which is dependent on school district schedule changes.
- No refunds or credits will be given for programs/camp canceled due to such things including but not limited to inclement weather, acts of nature, Â or unforeseen circumstances (i.e.: power outages).
Pro-rating
- Programs/camps that have already begun will not be pro-rated.
Credits
- Will be given for any class that the Y cancels due to low or no enrollment, or due to event scheduling. Credits will remain on a member’s Y account for up to 1 year; then they will be expunged.
Refunds
- Will only be given in full after the start of a session for medical reasons with a doctor’s note.
- Full refunds will be given at the member’s request if the YMCA cancels a program/camp session due to low or no enrollment, or due to event scheduling; otherwise, program credits will be left on a member’s Y account for up to 1 year.
- Refunds can only be given if the refund amount is equal to or greater than $15.00. All amounts less than $15.00 will remain on the Y account in the form of a credit..
Make-ups
- No program make-up sessions will be given for classes missed by members.
Membership Changes
May be made 5 or more days prior to a member’s billing date (5 days = GRACE PERIOD). If a member or a family member is registered for a program, the member must wait until the end of the program session to make a membership change, or pay the difference in fees as a result of the membership change made.
- Membership changes made after the GRACE PERIOD will be processed prior to the member’s next billing date.
- No refunds will be given for membership fees charged after the 5-day GRACE PERIOD.
